DELIVERY POLICY.
We are located in the middle of the Atlantic, about 1600 km from Lisboa and 3900 km from Boston City.
Yours orders will delivered to the expeditors in a delay of 24 to 48 hours of working days, if other delays are happing we will contact you by Email.
We are negotiating COD dselveries to better respond to your needs We do not have, at this time, a tracking services you will be depending of the one offered by the expeditors.
Byers will be paying deliveries fees. They are not included in the price of of products.
AZORES
We are offering two locations to pick up merchandise:
- Voiles Azores Lda (VA Work Shop) _ Rua São João No 17, 9900-129, Horta
- Azores Experiences, Rua Vasco da Gama 22, 9900-038 Horta (Near Peter Café)
We offer deliveries in all other Azorean islands, we will inform you of the conditions ASAP (As Soon As Possible). We are negotiating with differents service providers for delivery.
EUROPE
Ordres made for Europe will take a least 2 weeks to get to Lisboa and another delay to get to the Europe that made the order.
We are not responsible for :
- Delays made by nationals custom services.
